Application for an integrity audit

An enterprise that is ineligible for public contracts because it does not have an authorization to contract may ask the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) to conduct an integrity audit. After the AMP completes its audit it may, if deemed appropriate, require the business to take corrective action to remedy any situation which would otherwise cause it to be listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA).

Integrity audit application form (French only)

If the AMP believes no corrective action it could impose would be sufficient to ensure compliance with the high standards of integrity that the public is entitled to expect from a party to a public contract or subcontract, the enterprise will be listed for a period of five years on the RENA.

In order to be considered, the application must be presented, before the enterprise is listed on the RENA

  • by an enterprise that does not hold an authorization to contract and is a party to a public contract or subcontract, regardless of the contract’s value;
  • by an enterprise that has not been the subject of an integrity decision rendered by the AMP;
  • by filling out the form and paying the application fee.
