Update the enterprise's file

Annual update

An enterprise holding an authorization to contract must file an annual update of all the information transmitted to the AMP, no later than the anniversary date of the issuance of its authorization. 

The AMP sends a notification 45 days before this date, via e-Services or by mail. If the enterprise does not have access to e‑Services, it can update its information using the form provided for this purpose.  

The annual update now includes applicable fees. These fees must be paid for the AMP to process the file. 

An enterprise that fails to update its information on time is liable, among other things, to the suspension of its authorization and a monetary administrative penalty

Specific update

The enterprise must also notify the AMP of any changes to the information provided in its application for authorization, no later than 30 days after the change. 

Here are some examples of changes that must be reported:

  • Change of respondent
  • Addition or removal of an individual or entity from the enterprise's file
  • Change of address
  • Change in ownership or control of the enterprise (merger, acquisition, etc.)
  • Ordinance issued by the ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs
  • Etc.
