An enterprise holding an authorization must file an annual updating of all the transmitted to the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP), no later than the anniversary date of the issuance of its authorization. A link to make this declaration will be available in the enterprise's E-Services starting 45 days before this anniversary date.
If the enterprise does not have access to the AMP’s Online Services (e.g., it does not have a clicSÉQUR number), it can complete its update using the designated form, available in the section Foreign enterprises and natural persons operating an enterprise.
Furthermore, it must continuously notify the AMP of any change to the information previously provided during its application for authorization, no later than 30 days following the date of the modification. Examples of modifications that must be reported include:
- Add a natural person or entity to, or remove a natural person or entity from, the enterprise's file
- Change nominative information provided (address of a person or entity, address of head office or an establishment, etc.);
- Change in ownership or control of the enterprise;
- Change of respondent;
- Order issued by the mininister of the Environment, the Fight Against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks.
