Enterprises that are not constitutes under the laws of Québec and do not have their head office or an establishment in Québec where they primarily conduct their activities as well as natural persons operating an enterprise can refer to the information available in the various tabs to obtain the necessary information about an authorization.
Since they cannot register for l'Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) E-Services, they must use a hard copy of the forms provided for this purpose.
